Current Status of Project:
Ellerslie Gardens began marketing in March 2003 (undivided interest to individual land owners). This project was SOLD to another developer in May 2007 with each land owner making a excellent return of approximately 30% per year in a 5 year time frame for this project. Our neighbors in the Walker Neighborhood are beginning to clear land for development.

Objective : Our goal for this project was to have all approvals in place and ready for development within a 3 to 5 year time frame.
