Current Status of this Project:
The City of Leduc has announced in the Edmonton Journal that the Area Structure Plan (ASP) for North East Leduc will be worked on in 2008. This project is included in this mentioned area. Our in-house engineer is in close contact with the planning process with the City of Leduc regarding to this project.
Location : Prime Location on Southwest corner of the intersection Township Rd 500 & Range Rd 245, in the City of Leduc, Alberta, Canada.
Short Legal Description : North Half of North East Quarter Section 31, Township 49, Range 24, W4th Meridian (N ½ of NE ¼ 31-49-24-W4)
Project Size : 80 acres more or less, 320 units of undivided interest, Official Land Title from the Government of Alberta in your name. S & D International Group maintains 12 acres, 48/320 undivided interest.
Objective : S & D’s goal is to maximize the land value within 3 to 5 years (Based on Development Approvals)
