S & D Starts Charging GST.
March 6th 2007Attention to All Land Owners:
RE: GST
Starting with the release of Fort Saskatchewan Vista Estates Phase 2 and Telford Links, S & D will be charging all purchasers 6% GST on top of the purchase price regardless if they have a GST number or not.
S & D will assist the clients but it is the client’s full responsibility to file their GST return to obtain their GST refund from Canada Revenue Agency.
